What you agree to when making a donation
When you make a donation using this website, you agree that Brent Lodge may store and process your personal information for the purpose of providing a donations history to you.
We may also use this information to build a donor profile about you.
What we do with your donations history
We may build a donor profile about you, in order to help us design and target fundraising initiatives. We may contact you with details of projects or fundraising activities that we think may interest you in future.
How long your donations history is retained for
We may hold details of your donations history offline for as long as is necessary to comply with the law (for example, for tax and auditing purposes), and for as long as is deemed to be in the legitimate interests of the organisation.
Your rights to view and request changes to your donations history
You have the right to request that we provide held donation history to you, or to request changes to any inaccurate information. Please email all such requests to personal-info@brentlodge.org
Who else has access to your donations history
We will not seek to disclose your donations history to any third party outside of our organisation unless that is lawful and necessary. If you pay online, your personal information would be sent to the payment gateway provider - for example, PayPal or Stripe.
Your donation details and/or other personal information may be accessible to third-party service suppliers, or technical support contractors and consultants, who are working on our website. Where necessary and appropriate, a Data Processing Agreement would be in place.
